Businesses often require secure access to private resources like ERP, CRM, HRMS systems, and other business applications. Such systems might already have password protection, but keeping such internal IT applications and servers accessible across the open internet is very risky. Once you set up your Virtual Private Network in Vultr, you can whitelist the VPN IP address in these systems and restrict access to them only via the VPN. This adds an additional layer of security to your resources.
If you want to manage teams or user groups on your Vultr VPN Server, you should sign up with a business account while creating your UTunnel account. The business account offers the ability to manage user groups and selectively grant access to VPN servers to specific groups. Yes, you can easily set up a site-to-site VPN tunnel between your Vultr VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) and any remote endpoint that supports the IPSEC IKEV2 protocol.
