What is your Logging Policy

By default, a 'NO-LOG' policy is enforced on a UTunnel server. This implies that no VPN connection or VPN usage details will be tracked or recorded on a newly created server. However, it is possible to enable logs on a server if needed. This is applicable in business use cases. In such instances, you have to upgrade your subscription plan to the Standard type and enable the logs. When logging is enabled, the following attributes will be tracked and recorded for 30 days.

1.    User’s email address
2.    IP address from which the connection is initiated
3.    IP address assigned by the VPN server
4.    Time at which the VPN connection is established
5.    Protocol used for the VPN session
6.    Time at which the VPN connection is dropped
7.    Bytes transferred while connected to the VPN
